Nanny For 2yo For 30 Hrs/Wk In Torrington (with The Hopeful Addition Of Baby In Near Future)

We are looking for a nanny to care for our 2yo son for 30 hrs/wk starting in late July '25. Our little guy is just the best--he loves to dance, play outside & read books. We've had a wonderful nanny in our home since Sept '23 but she is moving away! We are offering a flat pay rate per day of $100 cash (so your wages turns out to be higher). This is also in anticipation of the addition of a baby in the near future. *we will start to try to add another little one to our family soon. Which means after (hopefully) a few months of you starting with us, I would go on mat leave for 3 months & then your schedule would be full time again ongoing for as long as you're able to stay with our family. And of course, your job would then entail caring for our son & future baby. Those 3 months, we could use some childcare but it wouldn't be consistent.
