My baby just turned one. I started working in a hospital and I work 3 days out the week 12 hr shifts. I need someone just for three days maybe two sometimes and they can make their self very comfortable in my home. Sometimes my sister is home so the sitter even better would have help. Im just a young women I really have no help and just wanted to see my options.
