Experience with infants. One day a week for the first few weeks and then adding on a second day. Flexible schedule with time and days as I have a random demanding job. Staying on Bottle feeding and nap schedule. Go for walks, go to center for activities, etc. possibly open to date nights or a few hours on Saturdays.
