My wife and I have a 5-month-old son A who needs care during the work day. My wife's start and finish hours are somewhat flexible but ideally we have help from 8-4 Monday through Friday. She works partly from home and otherwise travels for sales calls in the area. I work in the city Tuesday through Thursday every week and work from home Monday through Friday.
