Babysitter Needed For My Children

We're looking for a caregiver who will teach our 3. 5 yo son English. He knows very basic words: count to 10, a few nouns, etc. We need someone to teach him communicate with English speaking kids before he started to go to school. He's a Russian speaker. Schedule might vary but we want to start with 2 days per week for 3 hours in the evening. Usually, when the weather is good, he's playing outside in the park, playgrounds, etc, so we're looking for a caregiver who will walk out with him.
