Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

I am looking for a kind, organized, fun-hearted person to help with light cleaning, cooking, dog walking and child care. My two girls are 11 and 15. They go to school and they have lots of extra curricular activities. My hope is find someone who can come to the house around 2 to let the dog out and then pick up the girls from school at 3. They will need to eat dinner (usually its simple and they can simply heat up what I cooked, but occasionally, I may need this person to cook a meal and tidy up the kitchen and living room space.
