Mother's Helper/nanny Needed For 1 Child In Sherman

Hi there! We are in search of a grounded caregiver for our sweet baby who turns one in a week! I would mostly also be home, but am in need of support as my husband travels often for work. Ideally, someone familiar or open to becoming familiar with Waldorf-style leading: nature-focused, etc. There may be opportunities for travel, but this is not required. We have 2 elderly, loving dogs as well and would need someone to be comfortable with this. The days are flexible and we are open to adapting to scheduling, hopefully around 20 hours/week.
