Looking For A Reliable Nanny In Shelton For Our 2.5 Year Daughter

We are looking for a very reliable nanny/extended family member to care for our 2. 5 year daughter. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Timing would be 3-6 p.m. Mon-Fri. One of parents will be home so the nanny should be comfortable with this setting. We will initially have few days of trial before we finalize on the person. We are looking for someone who can feed her, help with potty train, read books and keep her engaged. Our daughter is a picky eater so would appreciate if someone has experience dealing with picky eaters and has patience to help her try out different food. We are looking for someone who loves to spend time with kids, patient, transparent and good communicator.
