We are seeking a caregiver for a 24-year-old adult male in Shelton, CT. YOU MUST HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION OR CAREGIVING. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL BABYSITTING OR NANNY POSITION. THIS HANDS-ON POSITION REQUIRES YOUR COMPLETE ATTENTION AND INTERACTION ALL SHIFT LONG. The person you would be responsible for is 24 years old, severely autistic, nonverbal, and has sensory issues. We require the individual to have their own reliable car. Must be a non-smoker. And be athletic and energetic. You will be required to walk up to three to five miles a day. The hours will be 9 a.m. 12:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday. These hours are not negotiable. Inexperienced individuals need not apply.
