I will need help with picking kids up from camp and school until I'm home from work in the evening, who can take my kids to activities/sports and pick them up. I'm a doctor and I am on call many weeks a year- occasionally I am called in overnights and on weekends. I would hope to find someone that could help me with this when I am on call they are also on call (which of course I would pay for!). My schedule is fairly difficult and can be somewhat random.
