Active And Nurturing Sitter Needed For 16 Month Old Boy

Child-led learning, education and play based fun, no screen time at all and minimal technology use around children Our son loves playing with cars, throwing balls and shooting basketball, exploring outdoors, music (we play a lot of music since we don't do screen time) and reading. He's going to school in the fall so encompassing a child-led approach is important to us. He's a very happy, fun loving boy, who is very social! He's also fearless so we have to pay extra attention to everything he does for safety reasons. We're looking for someone who is very active, engaging, and nurturing. Someone who truly loves childcare and being a role model for young children. Someone who understands and highly encourages no screen time for the best of the child. Someone who enjoy this work and sees our family as on they can grow with in the future when our needs are more. We'd like someone who is thoughtful and takes initiative to engage both with our son and with us for harmony together in our household. We had a babysitter in the past play podcasts in headphones and that just doesn't work for us. The sitter can park on our driveway. We have a friendly golden retriever named Irving!
