Nanny Needed For My Children In Ridgefield.

Our baby girl is almost 3 months old. We live in Ridgefield, and my husband and I both work in NYC and currently taking time off to bond with baby, but I will be returning to work at the end of March and am looking for a weekday caregiver that can come to our home in Ridgefield and care for our baby. My husband and I work hybrid schedules (2 days remote and three days at the office). Ideally, at least one of us will be working from home on every weekday. However, we work full-time hours and will need an extra pair of hands to tend to our baby. We are breastfeeding / feeding our baby pumped milk every 3 hours. Ideally, the schedule would be something like this: 7:30a-8a Babysitter arrives. 8:30a-9a Mom / Dad start work. 10a-11a Morning nap. 12p-2p playtime. 2p Afternoon nap. 3p-4p playtime. 5p Mom / Dad Finish work. Mom / Dad start work day.
