Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Old Saybrook

We need a nanny for our 2 children in Old Saybrook - start date has some flexibility. We are looking for someone with experience who will fit in well with our family and can be with us as our girls grow (ages 3 and 5. 5). We aim for a positive discipline approach. We are looking for someone who can also take responsibility for house manager duties. Additional requirements: light housework, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, some cooking, driving to and from school/activities and pet care (cats). One family member has food allergies. My husband and I are both busy medical professionals and work long shifts. The schedule has a little flexibility with daily start time, but our ideal candidate can work Tuesday 2-7p, Wed-Fri 7a-7p and 2 out of 6 Saturdays 7a-7p (on the week you work Saturday, the Wed before can be a shorter day).
