Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Old Saybrook

We need a nanny for our 2 children in Old Saybrook - start date flexible but ideally as soon as possible. We are looking for someone with experience who will fit in well with our family and can be with us as our girls grow (ages 3 and 5. 5). We aim for a positive discipline approach. We are looking for someone who can also take responsibility for house manager duties. Additional requirements: light housework, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, some cooking, driving to and from school/activities and pet care (cats). One family member has food allergies. My husband and I are both busy medical professionals and the days we work are long. The schedule has a little flexibility, but our ideal candidate can work Tuesday 2-7p, Wed-Fri 7a-7p and 2 out of 6 Saturdays 7a-7p (on the week you work Saturday, the Wed before can be a shorter day).
