Knows milestones and can help us work towards them (e. g. rolling over, sleep training, introducing solids) - Is a great communicator and will keep us updated throughout the day - Is interested in helping our family around the house while the baby naps (laundry/errands/meal prep/keeping nursery organized) - Has strong references
