Part Time Nanny/Mother's Helper For Loving Non Traditional Family, Lgbtqia Friendly

First time mom seeking a mother's helper/part-time nanny for help with my sweet, funny 4-month-old little boy. We are a loving family with one sweet, well-behaved corgi/basenji dog. Currently, the hours we need are part time for childcare in the home, some laundry, light cleaning and organizing, and occasional pet care if needed. I'm ideally looking for someone who can pick up some hours (20+ per week) during the weekdays and possibly weekends to support not just myself but the family. Hours would be during the day/early evening but I may need occasional hours during the evening/night for date night or event coverage. With the right fit there is potential for a longer term position down the line. We are especially keen to find someone who is multi-lingual, arts focused and/or musical, Montessori method oriented. Must be fully vaccinated.
