About the job
We are a unique family looking for a unique candidate to help us with our three beautiful kids. Our kids came to us through the foster care system and have truly blossomed into bright, funny, and exceptional kids. Our eldest has high functioning autism and ADHD. He's kind, chatty, and gentle. Our middle is a spitfire - she's brilliant, creative, and hilarious. She has ADHD and complex PTSD, in addition to some sensory processing delays. Our youngest is such a sweetie - he's all love and quite the explorer. My husband is a stay at home dad and is able to manage a lot but has been getting help from his mother who recently took a fall and will be out of commission for some time, so we will be needing help with 1-2 of the kids at a time. The candidate must be LGBTQ+ friendly and supportive and open to learning about kids with special needs.
