They will be taking care of my young baby boy, starting when he's almost 5 months old. I would like someone experienced with young babies, someone who is going to help keep my baby entertained and will be cautious and attentive during feedings and playtime. Hoping to find a long-term fit. The end of shift time may vary depending on when my fiancé gets home from work, unless the caregiver would like set hours then they are welcome to stay until 5:00 while my fiancé does other things around the house. The specific days of the week may change once I know my set schedule when I return from maternity leave. But it will not be any more than 2 days a week.
