Our little guy is due June 2025. I will be looking for part time care (2 days/week) come 2026. I work from home, and would probably need someone from 9am-4pm, but that could change slightly based on my work schedule. I also tend to take a break around lunch time, where it would be possible for you to take a lunch break as well. We do have a dog, he's a big boy but very friendly, so would have to be ok with that.
