Hi there, we're the M. family! We're looking for a nanny for 15-month-old E. She's a curious, intelligent girl who loves music and exploring nature, collecting leaves, pinecones, and moss, and finding bees and things to eat in the garden. E. is a good communicator and is starting to walk well, we're in the early stages of potty training. I need help 2-3 days a week, starting at 7 a.m. to allow me to sleep in once a wk (she still takes milk during the night). Ideally, you enjoy outdoor activities, we encourage independence in a Montessori-like setting. Basic meal prep and cleanup would be appreciated, as well as involving E. in the kitchen.
