My family is looking to find one or two babysitters who can be our go-to folks when we have overlapping events or, just maybe, a date night here and there. Our search requires someone with experience babysitting children with ASD and challenging behaviors. Many of our needs and routines for our oldest daughter are easily communicated and managed. We moved to Hartford a few years ago and almost immediately got pregnant with our second child. We don't have family or a personal community here. So, we are looking for the opportunity to start integrating babysitting into our family dynamic in a way that has not been accessible before.
