About the job
Looking for help watching 1-year-old girl 2 days per week (flexible). She is currently enrolled in daycare 5 days a week -- we are interested in transitioning to 3 days a week with the other 2 days at-home with caregiver help. Mom works from home 5 days per week, so she would be in the house as well, but is typically busy with too many meetings to watch the baby. Ideal day: 7:30 - 5:00 (with some flexibility both ways. i. e. there might be days where we need extended help, or there might be days where you need flexibility) -Preparation / feeding of breakfast, lunch, dinner + snacks -Diapers -Typically at her current age she naps from 12-2, that may change -Ideally someone who has experience with kids this age, that can help with activities for development/play
