Need help with night shift for baby so mom and dad can catch up on sleep. Baby is having a hard time sleeping in bassinet and crib making the night shift difficult. Nanny must be comfortable with cats and dog who will bark at new people at first. Baby is a newborn almost 4 weeks old.
