Hello, Looking for a per diem nanny. Basically looking for someone who can fill in when my mother (main nanny) is unavailable to care for my 18-month-old. Must be flexible with schedule as I might need you within a couple days notice. Will have to prep some food for her throughout the day therefore must be comfortable with small amount of cooking. COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT! It is a big red flag for us if you are unable to respond to our messages or communicate any issues you may be having when we are expecting you.
