We want a nanny that truly loves children, is energetic and happy to come to work to watch our two beautiful and loving children, is truthful and trustworthy and places the utmost importance on the safety of our kids. Understanding that watching two young children may be a stressful task at times, we are seeking a nanny that can react in a way that is not a negative influence on our children. We would like activities that engage them and help them learn and develop. We do not utilize screen time with either child. When disciplining, we do not yell at our children - we explain what was done that is not okay and depending on the scenario, take away a toy/activity or have quiet time in a gated room. We like the Montessori style of learning. We have schedules that work for our children and would like a nanny that tries to follow the schedule.
