I'm a first-time mom who just welcomed a baby boy on April 2nd. I'm currently on maternity leave until late August/early September, and my husband works full-time in New York City with only a few weeks of paternity leave remaining. I am looking for a caring, reliable person to help me during the week, ideally for about 4 hours a day, up to 5 days a week. There's also a possibility of transitioning to a full-time nanny position when I return to work at the beginning of the fall (but no worries if this would not be possible for you).
