My wife and I want to hire a live-in nanny to help take care of our newborn son. Hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in weekdays plus optionally 5 TBD hour in the weekend. The nanny will also be responsible for occasionally calm/feed baby during his wake-up at night after the baby completes sleep-training. The baby is not yet born, and the expected due day is early December and we have hired a night doula to conduct sleep training of the baby before April 2025.
