I'm looking for a babysitter/nanny for 2 children ages 3. 5 and 5. 5. This would be for on and off care - the occasional weekday when school is out, date nights, after school help. Someone that can help set up structured activities for the kids, encourage play, go outside with them. no phones/tv's/tablets
