Twice A Week Sitter For My 2 Year Old Son

Greetings all! I would like to hire someone to take care of my 2 1/2-year-old son twice a week (Tues & Thurs) in the mornings starting January next year. They would be responsible for getting him out of bed, feeding him two meals, taking him out and about to playground/library, and possibly putting him down for nap. This person must be comfortable driving a toddler to activities. We provide the car seat of course. This person must also be capable of lifting 40lbs. (my kid is a giant lol) and have comfort chasing and managing a very active kid. CPR training would be lovely but isn't required. My son is a an inquisitive kid who loves being outside and being read to. He is very verbal for his age (full sentences) and he is potty trained (with some prompting but also does on his own).
