Babysitter Needed For My Children In Avon

We are looking for a great babysitter for my children in Avon. I have five children ages 11, 9, 8, 7, and 2. We're looking for someone that is able to work from 7 a.m. until about noon, sometimes 2/3 p.m. We both work at the airport, and we both also have flexible schedules, so when a day off is needed, we can work with you. The four older children go to school; the oldest does everything herself and does not need help in the mornings, and the other three just need help waking up if they haven't already woken up and reminding them when to go outside for the bus. You would mainly be watching the 2-year-old as he stays home all day; the other four children are pretty independent and do everything for themselves.
