Full Time Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Avon

Seeking a nanny in Avon for 1 child (2 yo) starting in September from 8:30a-6p. We have one older dog and both work from home. Our house has plenty of space to play and a big backyard. Our son loves being outside, so we're looking for someone who also finds joy in the outdoors. At the same time, he's a big fan of being read to, playing with trucks, and doing art projects. He does not use screens. We believe in gentle (not permissive) parenting, where we give as much latitude as possible / safe and then draw firm boundaries and hold to them.
