We're seeking a caregiver familiar with a gentle parenting approach that involves holding space for big emotions, validating feelings, and discussing them. Our almost 2-year-old daughter is sweet, sensitive, and empathetic, and we're very particular about the kind of energy we expose her to. A calm and highly compassionate demeanor is essential. As a professional dog trainer who works from home, I'll be available to care for our daughter throughout the day. Since we have six well-trained dogs, it's crucial that anyone we hire is comfortable around them. Additionally, we're looking for someone organized and capable of light housekeeping. We prefer someone mature and professional, so we won't consider anyone under 30 with less than 10 years of childcare experience.
