These first-time parents are welcoming and laid-back, and desire a caregiver who truly loves spending their days with young children. They have some flexibility with schedule for the right candidate or situation, and are open to joining or hosting a nanny share with a baby of similar age. Mom and Dad WFH, and share their home and large backyard with two loud, but friendly, German Shepherds. They're offering generous PTO and a fair wage.
