Nanny For 2.5 Yo And 8 Mo Old Boys.

Two boys 2. 5 yo and 8 mo. old. Father works from home, mother trying to get back to remote work. Looking for someone with experience taking care of two young children at once. Or just holding our 8mo old for his middle nap (approx 12-1p ie mid day) while our older plays or takes a nap himself. Flexible days and hours we are seeking anything from 2 to 5 days per week with at least 2-3 hours per day. Ideally mid day (11-2) hours or 10-3 etc. but flexible for the right fit with our family, ie it could be morning 8-12 or afternoon 2-6 etc.
