Infant Care - FT Nanny Opportunity

Hello! First time single mom with 6-week-old infant baby boy, looking to return to work mid-November. Searching for a nanny or nanny share option for 35-45 hours a week of care. Ideally would like somebody bilingual (spanish speaking) with an ECE background. I can drop off/pickup or reimburse for mileage to pickup/drop off. I would not like services in my home as I work from home and have a dog. Looking for someone who will form a secure attachment with my son, take him outdoors to explore the world and excite his senses (not sit in a pack and play) and become part of our family. Non-negotiables - no screen time, no smoking/vaping while caring for my son, and will request some communication during the day (pictures, activities, etc).
