family needs a full-time nanny. I'm looking for someone who has a flexible schedule to help during the day and some nights 2-3x per week. Our kids play really well together and they both take good naps and go to bed by 8 p.m. They love to play outside, build puzzles, watch movies, make crafts, etc. so ideally we want a sitter who likes to play and interact.
