I just had surgery on my back. I am currently under physical restrictions unable to pick up or bend, lift, twist anything over 5 lbs. I am a stay at home mom but am looking for a caregiver to help me with my daughter (picking her up, setting her in my lap, getting on the floor to play with her. I will be home all day but need help taking care of her due to my current physical restrictions. I will start physical therapy next week and will need someone to help me watch her during my doctor appointments as well.
