Regular Childcare Needed In Salida

We value honesty, hard work, respect for animals, each other and the environment. As parents, we feel especially strongly about giving our children space to try things for themselves and learn by doing. Our son loves looking at windows, going for walks, and dancing to music. I am on maternity leave, and mostly need an extra pair of hands around- sometimes to take care of things around the house, sometimes to occupy the baby while I shower/nap/ run an errand. Our needs will change in January when I return to work, and we will need more regular and longer childcare. I'd like to hire someone familiar with newborn needs and care but am open to doing some teaching for the right fit. We have two German shepherd dogs. Anyone applying will need to be comfortable with them being in the house but will not be expected to manage them.
