Im expecting my first baby in August and Im looking for a nanny whos going to form a bond and long term relationship with our baby. I would love to find someone who melds with our beliefs and values. Someone who will be with us from birth until the baby goes into preschool. Light housekeeping would be wonderful but not an everyday necessity.
