We are looking for a new caregiver because our current nanny who has been with us 4. 5 years is graduating college and will no longer be available for us! My schedule varies each week. I work nights as a nurse. My older daughter will be starting kindergarten in the fall so it will be mainly spending time with my younger daughter And then picking up my older daughter from school (about a 30 minute drive). A caregiver with a a flexible schedule and a reliable car are a must!
