About the job
The ideal person can engage in play, and also make learning moments out of just about everything. Less worried about structured or designed time, unless we are looking for full day help. We have a pretty defined routine which makes time with us pretty straight forward, but we are not rigid, and want your time with our kiddo to be fun and something she looks forward to. Our schedules are pretty fluid which is why we need the help. If there is a school cancelation or early dismissal, these are examples of when we may need help and of course the occasional date night.
