Hi, We have a 23-month-old boy and 6 yr old girl. I am a nurse and work varying shift times and days. Hours would never be on the weekends and will always be done by 6. Occasionally there might be a few days that our 6 yr old will need to be dropped off at school or be watched while she is not at school. Looking for 1-2 days a week. It could be one day a week or 2. It will not be consistent. Some of my shifts could start at 7 a.m. and others could start at 11. It will not be consistent
