About the job
The Lead Educator plans and implements the age appropriate curriculum to inspire and develop young minds. Curriculum activities will are designed to promote the children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Overseeing and coordinating children's personal care, hygiene, learning activities, specialized programs, and positive guidance is critical for the growth of young children. Therefore, the Lead Educator maintains classroom records, developmental checklists and progress reports. Ensures that classroom is consistently clean and safe. Adheres to all local regulatory agencies' rules and regulation as well as company policies. Informs parents of their children's progress daily and offers both formal and informal parent-Educator conferences regularly.
