About the job
Needing a recurring babysitter for date nights. We just relocated from out of state and are flexible with the dates/ times so were willing to accommodate schedule changes. I have a vibrant 3-year-old who loves to play dress up and do arts and crafts. She is very social but takes some time to warm up to new people. Some things to think about: we use a gentle parenting approach and she is a VERY easy going child. Our previous babysitter never experienced a tantrum or other big emotions/difficulties from her (she was with us for almost 2 years before we had to move). She's very good about following instructions and overall is just always looking for positive interactions and new ways to have fun.
