Full Time Nanny/house Manager For 3 Children In School

We are a family of 5 looking for a nanny/house manager to fully integrate into our lives and become basically another trusted adult for our children. We have 3 children: . age 8, M. age 5, and L. age 2. All of our children attend full time school and/or daycare, so this will require transportation. A vehicle will be provided. A day in the life of our ideal nanny would be to help get the kids ready for school (breakfast, picking out clothes, brushing teeth/hair, packing lunch). Then school drop-off, which currently is 3 different schools. Drop-off usually takes us about an hour, so a safe driver is extremely important to us. School dropoff for our oldest starts at 8:40. After this, our nanny would come back and help with cleaning the children's messes around the house (throwing their dirty clothes in the wash, putting their dishes in the dishwasher, wiping down the table etc.) and potentially some organizing help for the household. Then the day is yours until pickup. Pickup can be done in any order, however, our oldest must be picked up by 3:50pm, our middle must be picked up by 5:30, and our youngest must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. Once the kids are picked up and brought home, there will be some days I will need help getting kids to activities or caring for the kids who don't have activities. Activities can and will change, so flexibility is appreciated here and we can be flexible here as well. There will also be occasional care for date nights, vacations, holiday parties, etc..
