My wife works from home and I am a fireman, so we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to watch our newborn at our house only on the days that I'm at work. The days of the week would vary and would add up to 7-8 days/month total, but we know what days we need for the entire year and can plan ahead quite a bit.
