We are seeking a nanny for my kids. They are sweet, loving kids. They are coming out of a bad situation and he works long hours. We are looking for someone to look after the kids . We are looking for someone that is patient, kind, and engaged with the kids. Our hope is to help them build structure, routine, and have more engagement/ activity during the day. The younger baby is overall a really happy baby. The 3. 5 yr old is suspected to have autism. He is verbal and a very sweet kid. He will just need time to adjust and someone who is patient.
