About the job
Strange scenario. We operate a Maternity Home (a home for pregnant women who otherwise would be homeless) and our live-in person has had to leave to take care of dying family, so we've moved our resident to a personal residence, but that family is busy and we need 24/7 presence w/ our resident. We have many volunteers who are helping and the new mother (2-week-old) are super low-maintenance. We just need a nice background checked person to be with her when we cannot provide those vols. The caregiver might not even help w/ much of anything (trying to teach self-sufficiency to our resident). The times vary as the family is away various time and we have some vol support, but looks like Wednesdays during the day are a consistent need, and maybe some weekend shifts and early mornings. Thanks for considering, we are in need!
