We're looking for a reliable, loving nanny for our 3-month-old daughter. I work 12-hour shifts as a nurse, and my husband runs his own business. The role involves caring for her 16-24 hours per week, with my husband working from home some days and out in the field on others. We're seeking someone who will not only care for her but also help her thrive as she reaches her developmental milestones. We'd like assistance in encouraging her to take more independent naps in her crib, as she's currently used to contact naps. Additionally, light household tasks, such as washing bottles, tidying her room, and handling her laundry, would be expected. Please don't send a generic response.
