About the job
I am looking for a live in very part time Nanny. For the right person this will be a really great position as it will lower their rent and be very part time. Normally my fully furnished and very large 1bdrm (could be easily built into a 2-3bdrm by me for the right person) basement would rent for $1800 however for the right person I would rent it for just $1000 a month in exchange for help with my two daughters 12 and 13 for 3-6 days per month. All I would need is the 1-2 wknds per month I need to travel is for the nanny to get them to school in Fort Collins on Friday am at 730 and picked up at 230 p.m. and to care for them over the wknd with meal preparation and just oversight. My girls are very self reliant and so not much is needed.
