We are looking for a great nanny to support us in the evenings prior to bedtime to re-establish positive sleep habits for our boys and ensure they are both getting their needs met. This would allow me to support one child while the other is also being supported. Sleep has always been hard for our youngest so we are looking for someone who can stay calm, loving, and consistent at the hardest time of the day for him.
